Designed high fidelity mockups of the entire website which offers the digital marketing services for small to medium enterprises.
Overview
Veewz is a self-service Digital Marketing Agency that offers clients to pick and choose the services they need on a price per tactic for SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Social Media and more. Created the interactive prototype as close to the true graphical representation of the website as it can allow thorough testing on all the detailed aspects, including UI components, colors, layouts, the information hierarchy, and mental load of the screens on users. Conducted rounds of user testings to improve customers journey to get to the SEO packages. Introduced new features and improved customer experience with new interface designs.

The Challenge
Finding resources and closing sales should be fun and simple. How to make the user experience less jarring easy to navigate?
Veewz is a Silicon Valley-based marketing company.
My first priority was to make Veewz easy to navigate, creating a functional and clean design.
The foundation for this project was based on user research and usability testings.

GOAL
Test the navigation of SEO packages
This was the soul of the entire service. We wanted see if users can easily find the SEO packages from the homepage
“Client stories” page
We wanted user’s trust our service by sharing existing client stories and their experience
SEO page scrolling down to see the package prices
Having CTA on top of the page helped users directly navigate to the packages without scrolling it down manually
Final Thoughts
I had a lot of fun working on the Veewz website, as this is one of the project going to be in the market in next month. I directly worked with company’s stakeholder and the marketing team. There are few roadblocks I initially came across and one of them was not knowing much about the marketing. I had to self taught lot about the business before I could design. When I joined the company there were few lo-fi pages were already designed. I took few steps back did my competitive analysis to understand what are some of the problem people are facing when purchasing SEO packages.
